We want you to love your Joujule piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that customised or sale items are not eligible for returns.
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. We currently ship across India.
